1. Use of Workspace

Members and visitors are expected to use the workspace in a respectful and responsible manner.

• Activities that are unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to others are not permitted
• Noise levels should be maintained to ensure a productive environment
• Work areas should be kept clean and returned to an orderly condition after use

2. Bookings and Payments

• Workspace bookings, including day passes, private offices, and meeting rooms, must be made in advance through designated channels
• Payments are required prior to access or service use
• Missed bookings may not be eligible for refunds
• Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance and may be permitted once, subject to availability

3. Access Hours

• Standard operating hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• Access outside standard hours may be available with prior approval

4. Internet Usage

• Internet access is provided for general business use
• Fair usage practices apply to ensure consistent performance for all users
• Excessive or inappropriate usage may result in restricted access

5. Confidentiality and Respect

Users are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others within the workspace.

• Do not interfere with or access others' belongings, screens, or materials
• Maintain a professional and courteous environment

6. Security and Property

• Individuals are responsible for their personal belongings while on the premises
• WurkZone is not responsible for loss or theft of personal property
• Any damage to facilities or equipment may result in repair or replacement charges

7. Suspension or Termination of Access

Access to WurkZone facilities may be suspended or revoked in cases of repeated policy violations or misuse of services.
